What is Padel?
The Sport That’s Taking the World By Storm
Padel is a thrilling racquet sport that combines the best elements of tennis and squash, played on an enclosed court roughly one-third the size of a tennis court. Always played in doubles, Padel uses solid paddles (no strings) and lower-pressure tennis balls, making it incredibly accessible for players of all ages and skill levels.
Why everyone is falling in love with Padel
- Incredibly Social & Fun: The doubles-only format creates an instantly social experience, keeping everyone engaged in every point and making it perfect for building friendships and community connections.
- Easy to Learn, Endlessly Engaging Most people can rally within their first session, but the strategic depth keeps even experienced players constantly improving. The enclosed court and underhand serving remove many barriers that make other racquet sports intimidating.
- Amazing Full-Body Workout: Padel provides excellent cardiovascular exercise while being easier on joints than tennis. The constant movement, quick reflexes, and strategic thinking create a fun fitness experience that doesn't feel like exercise.
- Weather-Friendly Year-Round: While courts are outdoor, the enclosed design provides protection from wind and sun, making play comfortable in various weather conditions throughout the season.
